June reverting to Halcyon

June had 3 eyes which had reverted back to Halcyon. I twisted them out before June had unfurled and the plant looks like June again. Of course, I can't believe that this action will solve the problem permanently.

Will the blue leaves reappear this season? What do I have to do to permanently remove the blue eyes?

Harry, I'm pretty sure you will need to did you plant up and carefully separate out the blue eyes. That's the only way to be sure. Of course more the plant could revert still. Good luck!

I think it depends mostly on how good the twist was. I'd say it's a better choice than digging up the plant, particularly as the plant gets larger.
