It reminds me of a plant drawn by Doctor Seuss.
I saw it, I tell you!

This is Zebra Stripes (another of my "Z" hosta). Look at that flower scape shot up wards, and it is the one beginning to have green veins. Other leaves which were near the rim of the pot were beaten to a pulp by the consecutive bouts of 5 inches of rain.

I wanted to share this with Santa concerned with rain damage, and with Funn, who is thinking forward to next year's Alphabet Soup.
