| How do you know it is a sport? Cannot wait to recognize one! I have a couple of strange leaves on my dark green Lederhosen, which are long and skinny, lanceolate I guess you'd say. Is that normal for a Lederhosen? |

| How do you know it is a sport? ==>>> it sports FORWARD to something new ... it REVERTS back to what it was from ... its not a reversion.. so all that is left.. is to call it a sport ... i THINK i was told.. that you cant have 3 colors in a hosta [since there are only two color layers] ... so it will probably revert back.. or disappear next spring ... Lederhosen as i recall.. is fragrant .. so plantiginea.. so subject to weirdness due to cold temps.. if such in the deep south ... ken |
