Sorry you've had a bad experience! I've been happy with their plants and service (only two orders, both heuchs). I imagine this time of year is all-hands-on-deck season for packing, shipping, and plant tending. They should certainly still be communicating, though.

Ester, so glad your order finally got shipped. I was surprised by your experience with Casita Azul as they have been one of my favorites for heucherals for the last several years and have been very responsive and sent quality plants every time. Hopefully you will be receiving good quality plants to compensate for the lack of communication and follow-up from them.
