Do all the leaves have the same oblong shape and slightly wavy edges?

I am guessing at Fragrant Bouquet. The general shape, variegation and vein count is right.

You might try Hallsons web site. Their hostas are categorized by characteristics so you can search through only green and white variegated hostas. I am sure Chris won't mind. You might even place and order while you are there. Other on-line source must categorize theirs the same way. It's just a suggestion if you feel it isn't FB.
