I love Fried Bananas and cannot wait until mine matures. I think I threw out my almost mature clump last year thinking the cold damage of the first eyes unfurling were virus infected. I still wonder about that. It's replacement is nowhere near as big nor as lovely yet. I love the yellow green color of it.
