No, that is a trillium of some sort. There is a hosta leaf underneath it.

Just a guess but it resembles one of the giant trilliums that may go by "wake-robin" we have at the cottage. I have a couple but don't recall whether it had that marbelized pattern on the leaves.

Well, yes and no? LOL Agree it's a trillium with a little hosta under it, trying to get some air. : )
