Don, does Elatior have a yellow tip and edge?

I think it has a very thin, irregular variegation, Angie. A lot like yours. It's also a very large-leaved variety; real big plant at maturity. I don't have one, BUT someone here has a gorgeous specimen. It's in a huge blue pot. It's unforgettable.

Anyone remember the pic I'm thinking of? Is it Mad Planter?

Elatior is my guess, but I'd not bet the mortgage on it until others weigh in.

Hey, after searching the Very Large Hostas list, I think I may have it! I remember purchasing Bottom line and I think it's a good match, including the number of vein pairs listed in the registration database (14-15). What do you think?

Thanks Don & Ken. I agree, Ken, that this isn't anything exceptional looking. It is near that dreaded maple so I'm sure if it were located somewhere else in the back of some other stuff, it would grow larger and be a nice backdrop for something, LOL.
