my hosta bed..possibly problem bed..but im working on it..pics

here is my hosat bed...clay soil...im working on it a bit at a time amending it with compost...its a process....pics below..i hope never posted pics here before

pretty big bed...behind the outhouse(outhouse is not functional..loll..decorative piece) is about 250 ditch lilies....the tree is a tulip tree....then a couple burning bushes,,,forsynthias...and the bed is bordered with stella o dore lilies..just planted about a week ago...this bed was nothing more than heavy brush when I moved in 4 years ago..also had 11 pine trees lining it..that we cut down...

im using a compost from lowes...and also a cow manure compost from lowes every time I dig a hole....

the hostas when I first planted them about 3 weeks ago

they have grown a bit
