Could be Pizazz or Deja Blue.

The green strip in the middle is a mutation or "sport". Quite unique. It would interesting to see if any other leaves emerge that show this trait.. Keep us posted

As Jim said, the green up the center is an example of the instability of hosta in general. Part of the fun of hosta. Likely next year if will not reappear.

Regarding ID a pic of the whole plant would help. It also allows us to see the habit/form of the hosta. Include something for size reference in the photo - ruler/yard stick, hat, dollar bill, etc ...

If you know where and when purchased it may help with ID. i.e a big box recent purchase vs 10yrs ago from a nursery vs from Aunt Betty's garden and she has been growing it for 20yrs.

Your hosta is similar to Deja Blu. Here's mine... about 3 to 4 years old.
