OMG your Warpaint is spectacular! Will it keep some variegation if you place it in less light?

Beautiful hostas! Thank you for sharing! My Warpaint only shows the "paint" for about a week, but it is pretty while it lasts. I love seeing plants from all over the world.

Great colors on some happy hostas. A friend commented that War Paint is a Niagara Falls sport, so when it greens up you basically get NF, which is a very nice hosta as well - so you get a two-fer.

Your War Paint is spectacular. I decided that this year I had to have one too. How could we lose? As Paul said it basically looks like Niagara Falls when it greens up. Are you aware that the 2012 Benedict Garden Performance Medal Winner was Niagara Falls?

Unfortunately when I received my War Paint, the stunning coloration could barely be seen. So I will have to wait until next year for its "show." I am enjoying the shape and the wavy edge.

So Paul ....I have to just lust over Myrle's Niagara Falls until mine is that big and enjoy my War Paint until then. It was my most favorite last season ( exept for June)
