I think even the norther gardeners can get photos of some plants now, so I thought it would be nice to start the Hosta Alphabet again.

Please post your A's here!

    Here in the frozen north, we are just now getting hostas in full leaf. Here is my contribution: H. Abiqua Recluse.

    A couple to share. Abiqua Drinking Gourd was a bit shy and not ready to have its picture taken yet - maybe later in season.

    Abiqua Moonbeam - just starting to stretch out for the summer
    {{gwi:1020744}}

    Aristocrat - some neat leaves this year.
    {{gwi:1020746}}

    August Moon - nothing fancy, just very likeable
    {{gwi:1020747}}

    Abba Dabba Do - looking a little wild right now, but has nice form and grows well.

    Antioch....lousy sun washed out picture, but I am too lazy to go out and take another and upload it.
    An oldie but a goodie. Fast grower, problem free and makes a lovely showing.

    I bought this hosta because I loved the form and then I planted it in a spot where the form of it would never be really seen! I think I'll be moving her and putting a small blue in her spot. That would help the other hostas beside her show up a bit better as well.
