I got an email from Jim Hartmann yesterday I believe it was, about all the storms and floods and such up his way. He'd gone from posting every day to missing in action, but I never thought it was due to the weather.

Jim said they are without power, phone, and internet connection. Some trees are down on his property too, but apparently not damaging essential stuff. In the area, not on his property, some major poles carrying the lines are beneath multiple downed massive trees--he did not mention the presence of flooding roads. Jim located a friend who had some connectivity and sent out this note to me....since we were in the middle of the hosta transaction, eh.

He has a Facebook page where you can catch any updates he might be able to post. I was beginning to wonder if he was okay....I mean, that was a lot of digging he did to ship my hosta.....

And how are all the other folks up in MN doing today? Are you okay?
