Those are fine looking plants. I wish my Warwick Comet looked that good. His Captain's Adventure is showing nice leaf markings too. I got mine in 2012 and this is the first year it has any markings like that on several leaves.

Lovely pictures and all Hosta I don't have. I am from Ontario too - close to Windsor. What part of Ontario are you from?

Hostanista - the one in the back is Frances Williams.

Hostas for Barb - we live in Port Hope but my parents & other family are in Windsor (where I grew up). We visit them often. They also love to visit us because we have great sources for hosta. :) Not many Hosta nurseries in Windsor area that I know of. Closest is London.

I so wish I could have shared my hosta love with my parents too. They both had the love for gardening and the nicest yard in our small Saskatchewan town but she would have had the largest most beautiful hosta even grown for sure. Maybe I can pass this love to my daughters and have started working on one.. I may have to work on the other daughter and maybe my daughter in law too. What a bond. Enjoy every moment gardening together
