Bad news and a set back

I got a message from Hallson's or whatever it's called on my order of June and Luna Moth. My PayPal has been put on "HOLD" because the person I made the sell to on EBay is disputing that they received the item!!!! Luckily, as always, I put a tracking number on the package so EBay can see they indeed received it and signed for it. EBay told me it'll be cleared up by Monday that they get this kind of fraud attempt all the time and that is why they advise sellers to put tracking numbers on all items. But, until it is cleared, Hallson's cannot send my order so it'll be another week I'll have to wait!!! Majorly bummed! >:(

That sucks. I hate thieves. I will say Hallson Garden plants are gonna be worth the wait. You're going to love them. : )

One time a lady purchased some flower bulbs from me on ebay... she ranted and raved, and yelled, and disputed, and blamed me for her bulbs not showing up... When I tracked her item, they showed delivered just 3 days after I sent them. About a week later she confessed she received a package shipped in a box that was for aquarium filters. she never even opened the package and assumed someone had sent her the wrong item...she thought she had received filters... funny story, but sometimes ebay buyers do some funny things.

That's what I hear! I hope so Don!!

Netcub, I've only sold about 10 items on there but never had a problem until this. But I always cover myself. Not only do I put tracking numbers on them, I go the extra mile and make them sign for it, too. I have confirmation that it was delivered and signed for by them! So Ebay said it wouldn't be an issue to clear it up but they have to "HOLD" funds when an issue is brought up.
