Lakeside Black Satin...an update.

If you guys remember LSBS was struggling this spring.

It's still behind the others (I have some flowering), but it looks happier in its new (and sunnier) spot.

Hey I'm glad your Black Satin is looking good. I noticed mine was through blooming. I had two of them, and the first arrival still looks scruffy. But the second one is so pretty. It finished blooming recently and I did not observe any seedpods.

in the latest photo mine is about the same size as yours, Jim. The same satiny sheen to it, with a shantung silk look.
But you might not know about silk dresses.....

Last day of May. It is now done blooming.

I sure do like its looks. Sort of reminds me of ventricosa with a nice shine.
