I thought Brim Cup when I saw the first picture. And since Brim Cup grows SO SLOW, it's about the right size for one that old.

Could be Brim Cup which would bloom in late June to mid-July, or possibly Fragrant Queen if it blooms in August. Fragrant Queen is a fairly new introduction, whereas Brim Cup has been around for many years. The margin on Brim Cup tears and looks unsightly by mid-summer, whereas Fragrant Queen holds up well. And of course, Fragrant Queen is fragrant, but Brim Cup isn't.
