June, btw looks more like Paul's Glory or in that look. Colors and texture don't look like they match June.

I just thought as I was looking at your photos I was also looking at Canadian soil. Great looking plants especially MM and Guacamole. I have to second Paul on the June. Nice group. Paula

I, too, went right to enlarge the June... the margins appear too narrow, center too yellow, leaves not pointed enough to be June. Under enlargement I'm less sure - but if it is June, it is an unusual one.

That damage on MM happened either before or just as the first leaves of that eye were unfuling. Enlarge the photo and you see that the three sets of damage are identical... half-moon cut on the top, double hole with triangles below... this is some kind of mechanical damage... perhaps one little bunny nibble... more likely a dropping stick or a stick on the ground that the eye came up near... perhaps even a folding of the leaf combined with getting poked by something.

The Guacamole has very good coloring for early in the season for you. Mine take much longer to "color up."

Dream Weaver is sure happy with you... people can wait a long time to get it to grow like that!

Well, I'm always getting mislabelled plants. June was labeled June when I bought it. I'll have to do a side by side comparison with the real June. I just bought a new Paul's Glory, bought one at a horticulture sale last year that was labeled Paul's Glory. Now maybe the one that I thought was June is PG. Then I'll have 3! I garden under pines and cones are always dropping. Do you think that could have done the damage to MM? I've never had a problem with rabbits.
