No, not another wayward hosta... But I was bought one as a gift for helping someone out. I have this friend and she is older and her and her hubby are on SS. She was upset because none of her plants (roses and such and a christmas cactus) came back this year. I was telling her about hostas and she came over and looked at mine and fell in love. Her hubby gave her $20 to buy some hostas because I was telling her that they have some nice ones at Walmart for $3 (in smaller elle pots).

She asked me to go along and I did. We got her a F. Aureomarginata, a Minuteman, and what is labeled as a Pauls Glory but I am not sure on it? Well, I didn't know but she went back and got me the last Pauls Glory while I was doing my own shopping.... A possible Pauls Glory and a little 8 in pot to put it in... So, #13 now!! LOL!! Here it is... Does it look like it even might be a Paul's Glory? Perhaps a juevenile one?

Still haven't blocked the exits!

Ah, but you are getting close! ;)

What a lovely neighbor! Won't it be fun for both of you to watch each others' gardens grow! I have a neighbor like that. It can be dangerous though when we head to a nursery together-we are both terrible (or is it excellent?) enablers.

Looks like a young 'Paul's Glory' to me, like mine did last year...One of the nicest hostas ever introduced, in my personal opinion.

OK, well thank you Don. I was looking at some "Juevenile" Paul's Glory online as well, I thought "Maybe?" So I will take your word for it!!

Oh, she's not my neighbor. Just a lady I know. She was upset because all of her plants did not come back and they weren't doing good last year because they were in too much shade. I was happy to help her out!!!

I really need my display built right NOW don't I? LOL!!

You better watch out. The person building your display may just show up with a few hostas too. Have you ever made hypertufa pots? I haven't yet but I thought it might be a fun winter "gardening" project. Could be kinda messy to make indoors though. I have a few Paul's Glory and I love em. WW

Well, I rearranged and made room for a couple more (for June and Luna Moth and whichever one- if any- I pick up tomorrow.) I put all the small "babies" on the patio. And all of the larger hostas on cement blocks or stands around the entrance.

WW, never heard of hypertufa pots?

My neighbor building the display likes flowers, no hostas but that's not to say that couldn't happen!
