Always one of my roundest and most symmetrical is Blue Cadet. And as Ken says...height is fairly uniform (genetics), but width keeps expanding with age of the clump.

Not sure if this is my most symmetrical hosta but Emerald Crown was close so chose it

Also, Oshima Silk, new last year.

looking around my garden, I have to say most of them fall more into the asymmetrical category. Blue cadet is definitely a perfect round clump. The other for me would be Tokudama Flavocircinalis- just a big, perfect clump. Also interesting to note that this is one my "fairy ringers"

    Definitely, Luna Moth for me:

Oh my Funn, your second picture of Luna Moth is amazing.

Sagae is symmetrical, but I can't get myself up above it high enough to take a picture. So I'll have to go with Gold Standard.

Looks like you have a sport in that Gold Standard, Annie. Nice!

Funn - Luna Moth equals perfection.

Annie - The rogue green leaf in Gold Standard is screaming for attention. Looks like she's a good sport!

Hmmmm, I thought it was a blue sport? Needs further investigation. Keep looking, too, it's at least 3 leaves!

Bad part is, it looks like it's right in the middle of the clump, so hard to get to.

    Risky Business and Rainforest Sunrise

Great thread. Love all the pics.
    Good growing everyone!

I'm choosing this picture because it has three pretty symmetrical hosta in one spot.
Johnny Angel the gold on the left.
Sea Gulf Stream the gold next to him
    and
Doubled Up, the green shiny fragrant standing tall behind them.
It was absolutely perfectly symmetrical last year and I'll add that picture below. That's why I keep it right beside our bistro table in the heart of the garden. Waiting for its perfect moment!

I love So Sweet. This is the best it's ever looked. Now, two years later, it needs to be divided. It may be my best hosta photo ever.

Bkay.....that is one of my favorite photos. When I first saw it I had to get one of my own. It's now one of my favorites too.

DDonna, your Ginsu Knife is a honey. I love all the fragrant ones posted here. They can be very symmetrical in shape.
I also love your Grape Fizz!

Quite a few posted so far are fragrant. And BKay, your So Sweet is perfection. Hope every division becomes another perfect specimen. You have the touch with So Sweet.
Then there is Iron Gate Delight, another fragrant. Grape Fizz, Ginsu Knife, Doubled Up. Did I miss one?

I love symmetry if it looks like your photos! Great photos everyone! Exceptional photos for me are funnthsun's Luna Moth; bk's So Sweet and mbug's June (I love the multicolored leaves!).

I present to you, Feather Boa.

And Earth Angel growing in a pot.

NHL, two great symmetrical plants. I really like Feather Boa. Mine is in a pot but not exactly symmetrical if you can imagine. Your Earth Angel is nigh perfect, leaves laid out just great. I like the color combo too. Mine is already getting darker green.
    But I love it anyway.

Don't really have much to fit the description; This is the closest, I think. It's Journey's End.

    Great pics, everyone.

Hosta Sweetie looking mighty sweet. Don, I can tell your garden is really starting to fill in. You must be thrilled.

I can't forget to add this beauty (Awakening Angel).
