Gold Medal for sure!

I love your Liberty Jan. I have a small one I just got but they were having a sale down at one of the local garden places and they had 30% off. Low and behold they had 7 small sized liberty for $2.99 less 30% so took them all. Now to find an appropriate place to have them in a feature spot. Also picked up 3 flats of petunia for $5. each so mass planted them in some sun beds . Ground is getting covered so I better watch what else I buy or I won't have room for my Hosta Choice order that has been shipped yesterday. With such a tough winter they were late coming and I think there are short on 6 hosta but never said what. Yours sure is thriving nicely

Jan the two hostas in your picture are amazing. Thanks for posting them. I assume the other one is Great Expectations. It deserves an award too.

Beautiful! Though young, Liberty is easily the most striking plant in our garden. It was new last year and has really taken off. Mine is also next to Great Expectations (just out of the frame in the upper left). They are both center-staggers, but somehow they complement eachother rather than compete.

I agree, absolutely stunning. I have had mine for two years now and this year it is beauty and I know that it is going to get even better!

Can you confirm that the plant beside your gorgeous Liberty is Great Expectations?

Yes, that is Great Expectations.....it was one of my earlier hostas, a gift from my daughter probably the year it was named hosta of the year..... Before I knew it was tricky. This year it sported a huge green eye.
