Fortunei Albomarginata has a slightly wider margin leaning more towards a creamy white and can get a bit larger than Francee... so not much difference from afar

ps: the real answer ... unless you grew them right next to each other.. for about ten years... you probably wouldnt see any difference .... but if you did plant so ... you would see very subtle differences ... perhaps the green being a different shade ... the white a bit different.. a fraction wider on one.. etc ...

if you'll would post pic of two mature plants.. in a new post.. i could eyeball them and tell you what i might see ....

Does the amount of white on Francee increase as the plant matures?

I'd say Francee,for sure,and yes the margin does increase over the years. I have all kinds of streaks,and different margin widths on mine,and I have 3 of them. Phil

Francee has heart shaped leaves, a regular thin white margin and is a darker green colour whereas Albomarginata has ovate leaves and an irregular wider white margin. I have both beauties. :-)
