On Stage is one of my favorites, sadly I lost mine over the winter. It was about 5 yrs old and really pretty. I ordered another one and it should be here tomorrow.

Your's is really pretty and will only get prettier with age. Here is a picture of mine last year.

These are all very pretty examples of On Stage. tsugajunkie that one is amazing! You're all making me glad I rescued mine and placed it in more sun than it was getting.

One of the best hostas there is, imo.

Donna's is a dandy in its own right.

The one in the foreground of my pic gets about 4-5 hours of sun, the one back by the flywheel gets virtually no direct sun. I'm always amazed that such a seemingly "fair-skinned" hosta can take so much sun. So bkay, it may have a chance in Texas, although I have clay and where that foreground hosta is always seems to have ample moisture in the soil.

Great pics of On Stage, everyone. Mine was bought in 2012. It's still a single-eyed, 3-inch high plant, tiny.

It's a VERY bright yellow, though, I can see it from my deck. At first I always think, "Dandelion in my hostabed again?"

Donna, I visited the thread and missed your On Stage. My loss, truly outstanding plant. I cannot upload a pic from my tablet...went to bed early, it will be a long hot day tomorrow...again.

beautiful plant and every time I see the steel wheel I admire it. I still don't have one and it has been on my want list for two years and not sure why I don't have it. Very outstanding plant
