Aren't the mice bunch fun? They have very short stumpy flowerstems which are among the few I don't remove. Cute is indeed what they are. I'm one of "those" people who keep very few flower stalks, preferring hostas for their leaves. However, some of those big fragrant white ones (ala Guacamole)get cut and come inside to perfume the house.

Babka...I like the shorter ones too...blue cadet has them and looks great...

I was also thinking of removing some others that I don't like. I wasn't sure if doing that would harm the plant in some way. I guess not???
Do you remove them as close to ground level as possible?
