A new one for me that I really like. Haven't seen too much about it. Anyone else growing it? Would like to see yours.

RE: Mourning Dove

mbug, nice size plant. Blues with green are my weakness. Here's mine growing in quite a bit of shade. Don't have a pic from this year yet.

RE: Mourning Dove

I picked this one up last year and I LOVE the unique coloring. It's really unlike anything else in my garden.

Beautiful pictures everyone !!!

My Mourning Dove arrived yesterday from Hallson. It had been on my Wishlist for some time, but it was one of those I wanted to see in person before I sealed the deal.

Well . . . I saw it alright . . . and it ended up on an Invoice. :)

The soft tones blend nicely together. Putting this sort of variegation on a longer more cascading leaf only adds to the overall appeal.

Vanessa . you don’t post very often, but when you do I am floored every time by your immaculate specimens. You grow some of the healthiest hostas I have ever seen. Wish you’d share more. :(

RE: Mourning Dove

Thank you for your kind words!!
I know I don't post very often here but I do have a page on Facebook where my husband or I post a pic every day (we're not a business). It is called The Hosta Cottage. I put the link below in case you have Facebook and are interested.

Here is a link that might be useful: The Hosta Cottage
