Is anyone else out there raising Glad Rags?

Hmmmm, Gary, I think that hosta might be a good candidate for the third member of a trio of hostas. I'll make a note to check it out for possible Wish List.

Hard to tell with the lighting.

And what is the big ruffled leaf on the right belong to? Niagara Falls? It is gorgeous too.

No, I do not have Glad Rags, never heard of it. What do you know about it? How rugose does it get? This picture reveals some wrinkled leaf already.

Glad Rags according to the registration, gets 14"x30" with slight corrugation. I bought it through the Hosta Library Auction a couple of years back. I really wanted it as I know the developer from another hobby of mine. Good guess on the Niagara Falls but it's War Paint which you would have been able to identify a couple of weeks back. Glad Rags is considered rare, but I see that Jim's Hosta has it listed, but its quite "salty".

You can get Glad Rags direct from those who hybridized it ~ Northern Grown Perennials. I chose not to get that particular one because it's on the "Difficult To Grow" Hosta list.

However, I'm glad to see yours is doing great, Gary. It's beautiful.

I just got mine last year so it is still small.
