Robo, I hope your experience with Hurricane Arthur is as a rain event and not so much the wind. We could use the rain, having a dry summer after a cold and wet spring. I water just about all day long for the last week, the ground is dust in the western side, and I deep water the streetside beds and let the grass go. It never loved me anyway. :)

Thank you mocc! So far all wind, no rain! But we'll get plenty of rain as well. It's really just a tropical storm now. Our neighbours in New Brunswick are getting 4-6 inches of rain.

The amount of branches I have to pickup tomorrow is going to eat up my entire morning....but we survived. Lost power from 8am to 3pm.

Speaking of tough, my Daybreak spent 16 days completely submerged under water this spring. It's up,happy and bigger than ever....
