Re posting H. 'Wolverine'

I'm not able to post replies but can post new subjects via a temp. Link until GardenWeb staff can correct problem. I'm sorry, Don for stepping on your thread. Please forgive me for my impatience but I wanted to respond to your post since you posted it on Tuesday.

I have a lovely two year old Wolverine that is potted in garden soil (gasp) and over wintered outdoors. Yes, pot froze to ground and there was ice on top...I was frantic when I was rescuing it, hoping that it would be okay. It's going in garage for winter!

It appears to be a fast grower, doubling its size from previous year. Potting it up saved it from slugs who loved chewing on it last year when it was in the ground.
