It's a Tiara. How much sun is it in? It could be Diamond Tiara if the edges are white, but if they're bleached white by the sun, then it's likely Golden Tiara.

The margins look too wide for Golden Tiara. I have tons of them,and they have a narrow margin. Phil

Steve, it gets sun from about 1 PM until about 5 PM so lots of sun.
