Linda, please show a photo of the leaf, too. I'm no expert, but sometimes the color of the back side of the leaf helps, as well as a photo of the whole plant so you can see how it holds it leaves.

(I say all that and someone may come along and ID it strictly on the flowers, but green hosta are sometimes hard to ID.)

My first guess is Snowden, but it could be one of several. We need a pic of the whole plant, along with something (like a yard stick) that would so us the overall size of the plant.

I will take another picture or pictures tommorrow and thanks for the yardstick idea.

The hosta is 48 inches in one direction and 43 inches in the opposite direction. My husband measured several leaves at less than the one I tried. He said 13 inches by 9 inches.
