Are the margins a true white? Looks like maybe Minuteman or Patriot. I can never tell the difference between the two.

I would say the margin is close to white but not a true white. It looks a bit creamy.

It looks like one I picked up this year. It is labeled as Fortunei Aureomarginata. The only thing wrong with that idea is that mine bloomed in the spring. Of course, it was new then, so who knows how long it had been in the greenhouse?

Yes, they look very similar. I've looked at so many pictures trying to figure it out that they are all starting to run together. I'm hoping it isn't a Patriot since I already have that one. I wrote down 'Emma', 'Cleopatra', and 'Minuteman'. I think I'm stuck until it matures more.

I've two Aureomarginata and yours look too white compaired to mine. How did they look earlier in the season? Mine were obtained from different sources but both could be wrongly ID'd. White is "albo" and gold is "aureo". Yours are quite white and mine are more golden. Your's both look more like Patriot. I need more data to be convinced yours are F. A..

Also my F.A. have much more ovate leaves, but that could be maturity.

Patriot and Minutemen come up with a white margin. The F. aureomarginata comes up with a yellow margin and turns to cream as the season goes on. It was pretty yellow when I bought it, probably in April. This was taken 4/30/13. (not a great photo, but it will work for this) Note the scape. That's my concern that we may not have the same plant, although it looks like it to me.
