It appears to be similar to Fried Green Tomatoes.

You can look up anything like that by going to myhostas.be. I just looked up Guacamole on hostalibrary.org. On the top left of the first photo is a link to this database. I clicked the link and it took me to a bunch of info about Guacamole. To the right on that page is a list of all the known sports and progeny of Guacamole. The only one listed as gg (green with a green edge) is FGT. I then looked it up on the hosta library and it seems to be a close match.

So now you have a new hosta, do-it-yourself freebie, and Fried Green Tomatos is a nice strong plant.

Rub that hosta leaf again, and maybe you'll get Avocado, or perhaps Stained Glass. Guacamole made some fine looking sports. :)
