Lin, your June is amazing, the blue is so intense!
Mine is young and the blue margin is very thin, ...maybe will change in the next years.

The blue itself is slightly exagerated by the smartphone, the small groundcover next to it is Ajuga reptans, I would describe the flower color rather lavender to blue, this bright electric blue is just wrong.

The plant gets a lot of sun, so the leaves show a strong contrast

Plus
a young plant often changes when getting mature

And there seem to be different types of June around, so yours could be just another variation,
