hosta shopping - showing great restraint

I went to Harbor Lane Gardens today. I picked up a few hosta - only one impulse buy, that was not on my list. Pat-Pat-Pat (the sound of me patting myself on the back). I will have non-buyers remorse in a minute. There were some really nice must have hostas there. I will have to go back now...

The three minis: Dixie Chick, Cracker Crumbs and Limey Lisa (a gift plant).

In addition to hosta, I heard a few good stories, got some advise on companion planting, raised beds, seedlings, container planting and more. It was definitely worth the trip

"Hosta shopping - showing great restraint..."

Did you know there's actually a hosta named 'No Restraint'? It's a HUMUNGOUS hosta. The pic below is a small leaf on an immature division. Hosta 'No Restraint' is a seedling of 'Brutus' and isn't on the market yet.
