Yeah, it died. It was doing well the first few years I had it. It was turning out to be a beautiful plant, until I had to move it not once but twice. Did not like being moved and it ended up dwindling very fast into nothingness.

I love this plant. It is the 2nd yr growth for me and I found it grew quite quickly compares to some others I have. This was called Tokadoma Flav, and are they the one and the same as Jack of Diamonds?

My JoD has been a good grower for me. Planted in 2013. Was a nice size when I bought it.

Bought TF in 2013 also. Planted it very near JoD so I could compare the two. JoD definitely faster grower. They do look virtually identical. I have Tokudama Aureonebulosa between them.

Your photos give me hope. JOD has been very slow for me, am thinking maybe it needs more light or is fighting tree roots. It's on year 3 had has barely grown.

Don't have JoD, and never realized it had a twin. Here is my tokudama Flavocircinalis with toku Aureonebulosa beside it. I could not believe the difference in size because I got the two on same order from Naylor Boyz in 2012. TokuFlavo begins with blue but becomes this really nice green in my zone.
