Hello all. I began this thread with a few pics, and then everyone else did the right thing and we ended up with the most awesome collection of great hosta leaves ever assembled...Well, ALMOST the most awesome...In any case, if there are any newbies on board lately (Denis, et al) Please do check out this thread. It's a biggie, so grab a beverage of your choice, relax and enjoy the multitude of varieties of wonderful hostas, taken by their owners...

Then add heavily to your 'want' list for the coming spring! : )

    Cheers, and thanks for looking...

Thanks Don for bumping this thread up, not only do you guys have some of the most beautiful hostas I've ever seen, you lot seem to be professional photographers as well!
The pics of rain drops like little jewels on the leaves are magic.
There are lots of you lurking in the shadows out there aren't there.

I found a few hosta leaf shots that I took which I don't think have been included yet.

    Striptease.

HH, you got a lot of great large hostas, thanks for showing! Showing that dime gives a good idea about its size without obstructing the view as a ruler would do. Bernd

LOL HH, that's ok, as I seem to get more inspired than discouraged when I see others' amazing hostas. My GE is growing, so there's still hope!

Oh my word! I can tell you this is the single most wonderful thread for pictures on the forum. I LOVE IT.

And it is a killer to scroll all the way down to the tail end, pop the whip, and next poster winds up in outer space. ZZzzzoooom

    Naked Lady

Luuk, how wonderful to have your photos of the tricolor leaves, and methinks way MOrE than tricolors. I'd be happy to have those framed and hanging as a group on the wall. Not many non-hosta fans would recognize them as leaf shots....so abstract and colorful.

I think to meself it is my first viewing of a Naked Lady! And "what do you say to a Naked Lady? WOW! :)

Plus, June Fever is like a tiger tiger burning bright.

Moonlight is quilted airbrushing....probably this one picture will lead to acquiring it and hoping I see what is in this photo.

Clear Fork River Valley is a Google Earth close up of mountain ranges with rivers threading between. I'm so glad I have that hosta....guess I should get in closer with the camera.

Tiddisolo, guess War Paint is going on the short list, it's been on the long list TOO long. I do love the more colorful leaves.
