Recent hosta pics

I took pictures of each of my hosta the other day to document their growth, size, appearance towards the end of this season. Thought I would share a few that caught my eye.

Here is Alex Summers. New this year. Love the color and form. (Pardon the weeds, with all the rain this year they are growing like, well, weeds)

Dream Queen, only one year old, but already showing large leaves with some corrugation. Love the contrast of the dark green margin with the light center.

Great Expecations. I know this has the reputation of being difficult. I have three of them, in their third season for me, and they are doing well. They add such a bright accent. Love all the different colors in the leaves. I thought this one has some particularly interesting leaves this year.
