I'm pretty sure Justice is a streaked version of Elatior. So the all green version is Elatior.

I was wrong. Justice is the streaked form of Victory and Victory is a variegated sport of Elatior. AFAIK, if you had Justice and you took off an all green section, it doesn't have a registered name. Even so it will be very similar to Elatior.

Thanks for that information. What would you put on a plant marker for something like this? Right now I have one that says H.'Justice' green sport. It doesn't seem right somehow.

I would still label it Elatior. If you had a solid green Victory you would call it Elatior and I think it would be safe to label a solid Justice the same unless it turns out to somehow look different later on.
