That looks like Minuteman or Patriot to me. (I can't tell them apart.)

This ones leaves curl downward. I have another similar who's leaves tend to curl a bit upward ... I'll attach a picture of the other

The coloring on both is very similar ... Just took a picture at sunset of the second. Maybe would be better if i photographed in full day light tomorrow.

More lookalikes. Don't add Independence to the mix unless you want total confusion. I find that Patriot tends to curve down, and Minuteman cups upward. But who knows: maybe it's the growing conditions. My instinctive reaction to your first photo was, that's Patriot.

this is a good post to point out that no pic has a scale ...

and though they may look alike.. who can tell from the pix.. which are the same size ..

i would vote for minuteman or patriot ...
