Looks a lot like a young Whirlwind to me. Disclaimer: I'm really not very good at IDing NOIDs.

Whirlwind

Shoot. I don't remember ordering Whirlwind. I know this is one I bought from Hallson's, but had not set up an account yet so can't find my order. But that name isn't ringing a bell (not to say it isn't right, just not jogging my memory).

No expert here but the leaves appear to be too flat and horizontal to be whirlwind to me, I was under the impression Whirlwind has more vertical leaves. Here is a pic of one of mine that I believe to be whirlwind. What does everyone else think? I know they can look much different before maturing too so perhaps this is a very young whirlwind?

Looks like Whirlwind. Earlier in the season, the leaf centers would have been paler. As for the not being upright enough, it does look like the crown is buried in the mulch. That's making it look short. Hallson's sends bonus plants with almost every order, so you may not have actually ordered the plant.

It doesn't exactly look right, but could it be Lakeside Paisley Print? Mine died, so I'm only going from memory of two years ago. (Darling Cleo got that one, too.)
