If you follow those leaves down to the crown, I'll bet you will find they are all on the same eye. Hostas are all unstable. These anomalies show up a lot, but are mostly gone the following year. Take careful notes, so you won't forget to look for it next year. Then, if it comes back looking the same way, you can just remove that eye at the crown, or if you really want to keep it, separate it from the rest of the plant and see what happens. Your call.

I checked those leaves out when I first noticed them earlier this year, and they seemed to be coming from different eyes. So yes, I will leave everything until next year - I'm actually hoping they will come back, as they are quite beautiful!
