It kind of looks like the hosta on another current thread, labeled Lakeside Prophecy Fulfilled, although it looks nothing like the ones at the hosta library. I suggest you repost this photo under the subject, "I want this noid", someone will answer you.

I've got a photo of LS Prophecy Fulfilled posted under "Back with Joy Ride" if you want to take a look. It's similar, but I think LSPF has more variegation.

It looks very similar to Rick Goodenough's 'Cape Cod'.

It is described on hostaseedgrowers.com as "Leaves with very wide 1âÂÂ+ creamy white margins. Leaves are 5.5â x 9 and light grey-green with plenty third color celadon streaking between the wide cream white margins and the center."

Picture is from www.naylorcreek.com where it is for sale. The leaves in the pic seem a little darker green, but based on the above description, it could just be the camera making it seem darker.

The photo on the Hosta Library under the entry 'Grecian Vase' was taken by Carol Brashear. I emailed Bill Meyer and Carol Brashear to inquire about the correct identity of the hosta in the photo. This is Bill's reply:

"Hi Don,
Long ago Winterberry Farms TC lab put out Grecian Lace - a streaked plant. At least one year they offered Grecian Vase, supposedly as the margined form of Lace. As the plant I got was very small there was no reason not to think at that age it was as descibed. As things turned out there was a lot of confusion at Winterberry, including Summer Serenade going out under several different names like Mid Afternoon and Chinese Dragon, a streaked Blue Angel going out as Blue Blazes streaked and more. The plant in the picture died soon after so I never got to see if it was in fact a margined Grecian Lace. My best guess is it was a Lakeside Prissy Miss, which he also confused with Lakeside Party Dress.
