Help with sick Guacamole

Posted by LuckyKat13 6b (My Page) on

I need some help with a diagnosis and hopefully a cure for my sick guacamole. I have never seen anything like this. The leaves keep turning yellow and dying. I plan on digging it tomorrow but am not sure what to do with it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Looks like Southern Blight or Petiole Rot.

Better spray the hostas around it with fungicide as well. And if I were you, I'd spray Guac again in the fall, and again in the spring. A hosta grower told me tebuconazole works too.
