I've been Googling, Hostanista, but I can't seem to find enough of a match to positively ID this Clematis...Got yourself a NOID LOL....Hmmm, Perennial Forum, or if there's a Clematis forum, I think you'll get an answer there...Stating the obvious, here. You've probably done that already...

Is it blooming right now? is it Blooming on new or old wood? on my screen it looks more blue than lavender but screens vary.

I think this is our 'Ramona', and it's color is much deeper in shade.

I think it is the Ramona clematis as well.

Hostanista, I recommend you take a look at the link to Brushwood, because it has some interesting information about Ramona.

Seems it can be pruned one of two ways and one way results in it blooming at a later time in the year. For whatever reason, might be you need a lavender color to be showing later, etc. But that bloom date is controlled by varying the pruning techniques Sounds like an interesting clematis.

Man, I wish I could grow clematis. Your's are really beautiful.
