H. 'Blaugold'

Anyone have this variety? I just read it starts out the season a light green, then turns to yellow/gold in the summer. I discovered it going through Wade & Gatton's expansive hosta catalog. I love it. I'm pulling the trigger on this one; I've spent 12 bucks on a lot worse (Like those matinee tickets for 'World War Z', for example) ; P

It's sieboldiana. It will be as slow as molasses in the winter time.

Looks good, though.

Maybe, BKay. I have a few sieboldiana hybrids in my garden that don't know they're supposed to be slow growers. Even if it IS a slow grower, I'm fine with that. : )
