Why did I read the OP title as Base Jumping Wingnuts?

Because you're a political junkie.

"Base Jumping in Wingsuits" I bet that is difficult to say in faux Korean.

 o

No, but I'd be willing to pack the emergency chute for you.

On second thought, I could probably get my kids to make one out of noodles and elmer's glue. I'll get 'em to work on it.

Now here would be something for a reality show for all you inventors. swanz wants to jump. we need to come up with a destination, because what goes up must come down, we need a conveyance and a way of landing appropriate for a... (no you get to describe him too). You don't want him to come down? You want him to stay down?

"swanz jumping." Icarus with crazy glue wings?

Sorry, you can't keep a good man down. ( I would say great man but I'm modest)

Those wingsuits look suspiciously like those Snuglie blankets.

I watched a whole segment about this on 60 minutes.

You wonder how they got started, and who came up with the idea. My guess is they were freebase jumpers, and then, after watching a snuggie commercial, the light bulb went off.
