Though it's a nice thought, I'm still a little more concerned with maintaining control over my own reproductive parts and what happens to them through force of law.

I read the article, but didn't see any explanation as to why the bikinis were required in the first place.

I always wondered that too Terriks -- I mean, these are serious athletes, and who would want to risk a wardrobe malfunction in the Olympics?

The sport evolved from a summertime beach activity so the bikini carried over from that. If you have ever watched German girls playing volleyball on an Italian beach you may think the bikini is restrictive.

I only watch women's beach volleyball for the articles.

Personally, I've made it my life's avocation to monitor sand bunnies for excessive solar radiation receipts. I also enjoy watching women's volleyball.
