That was a true smack down. But I am sure it will not be heard or understood by the fear brainwashed tea party.

He is only saying what Chase and the people from others when I travel that do not live in the US about our health care and the tea party mentality.

The beast has an article that draws connections between the Trevelyan schemes during the Famine & Ryan's current economic ideas.

This time around, where will Americans go to flee famine? Canada North, and live on moose?

Why do people from other countries try to tell at least
68% of American people what to think.

What do you mean, another country? Ireland is part of America.

"Why do people from other countries try to tell at least

I guess he just had high hopes for the country he once taught in. He's an ardent leftist has a huge house in Galway and a very fiery speaker.
Some people hold a special fantasy in their heart of what this country is supposed to be & then they go away broken hearted or passionately cranky like the Taoiseach.
Higgins was debating someone on a Conservative Radio show the other fellow doesn't seem to have gotten a word in

The money quote:

Because the image of the United States - we've got away from this war-mongering - is getting better. At least 47 million people that the likes of you condemn to no healthcare - in a country that I was proud to work in - these people are going to have some healthcare. So this is the issue. So therefore be proud to be a decent American, rather than be just a wanker whipping up fear.

Bless ye, Erin.

pn...Ireland is in the Republic of Ireland.
I have been there and it wasn't close enough
for me to ride my bike. :)

Romney had the audacity to ask London if they
were ready for the Olympics and was
bashed for going to UK and being so
rude as to criticize.

You folks make your minds up.
Its ok for people in other countries or provinces
who don't vote here to bad-mouth
(will not elaborate bad-mouth will cover all adjectives)the USA
and not one person on here takes offense
but then got bent because Romney ask a question of readiness.

Ummmmm. Most...many....nearly all Americans do not
badmouth other countries.
We just try to give them looooooooooooooots of money
to better their station in life.
Looooooooooots of money.

Wish all these people trying to tell us how to run
our country and what we are doing
wrong would just send cash. :)

Its like my family. I can talk about one of them
but it just kinda rubs me the wrong way when an outsider does.
