| Early voting is all the rage!
The Supreme Court handed President Obama a major victory Tuesday in the ultimate swing state, Ohio. The high court declined to hear an appeal that, if victorious, would have stopped voting three days before Election Day" and delivered a damaging blow to Democrats. Instead, the Buckeye State’s early voting window will stay open in the campaign’s final weekend. Most of those expected to vote at the last-minute include minorities and the poor, demographics that tend to vote Democratic. The legal challenge had been brought by the state’s secretary of state and attorney general, both Republicans. |

| Kudos to Ohio. I wish we had early voting in PA.But at least we don't have to show a photo ID which is how the GOP thought they'd win here. |

| Ohioans can thank Justice Elena Kagan for the ruling... she oversees Ohio's 6th. Circuit Court of Appeals so the challenge went directly to her. Other Supremes could have dissented - but they did not. |
