Three of them I believe are dead, but I'll give them a chance! LOL, I just hope they give me a chance, I don't cover than with plastic bags or other things because here in Brazil is very, very hot!!!! But if anyone believes it's better to cover I'll do it!

If you get a cutting that is very dry and needs water soak the entire cutting in water until it looks good again. Don't just put the end in water but the whole cutting and you can let it soak for an entire day if you need to.
Even if it is very hot if the cutting is stressed you need to keep it as humid as possible so a bag around the pot is still a good idea. A healthy cutting would have no problem rooting in your conditions but when they are stressed they need some extra help. Adding a little sugar to the water you soak will also help give the cutting some energy.

I let all those cuttings soaking in water and sugar for 24 hours, but most of them still looking terrible. I think I'll put some of them inside a plastic bag as you recommended.

I'm also trying two cuts in water to see what happens.

I find that some Hoyas are just not able to make such a long trip and to get to you it is more than twice as long as what I usually wait. There are a few I will not even order again because they always seem to die in the mail.
Try the bag and hopefully that will help.
